• Standard delivery where we aim to get the order to you in 3 working days

International Delivery: Non - Courier Services
Please be advised that orders sent by non-courier international services i.e. Royal Mail International Services, are not traceable after the item has left the UK and the item is not considered lost for compensation purposes until at least 25 days from the date of despatch.

International Delivery: Courier Service
Please be advised that courier international services are traceable after the item has left the UK, however the item is not considered lost for compensation purposes until at least 10 days from the date of despatch.

Fast Delivery
Use our First Class or Carrier options to receive your goods as fast as possible.

This means that, if you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday and we have your items in stock , we'll despatch the same day . If you order after 2pm, we'll still try to despatch that day but, if we can't, we'll despatch the following day. Items ordered after 2pm Friday or over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. Urgent orders are prioritised and will be put to the front of the despatch queue.

We ship goods under 2Kg in weight by Royal Mail's Special Delivery postal service. The Royal Mail are currently stating that this is a guaranteed next working day service. Items heavier than 2kg are sent by carrier on a 24 hour service for next working day.

FitnessMonitors is constantly updated to keep pace with changes in our stock but demand is high and we occasionally run out of popular items. If we have run out of stock and can't despatch your order the next working day, we'll email or phone you with a revised despatch date. You can then either accept the revised delivery date or cancel the order, as you wish.

Standard Delivery

Delivery Charges UK Standard Delivery - is sometimes included within the price of the product, but sometimes we have to charge a small carrier cost to get the product to you. UK Fast Delivery - we make every effort to get the products you have purchased to you as fast as possible, this is done by prioirty processing and using an appropriate faster means of delivery, sometimes this will cost a little more than standard delivery costs.
