The Just Jump or Run is a complete Vertical Jump Testing Device it can also perform as a Sprint Timer and Agility Tester all in one compact unit:

JUMP TESTING The athlete steps on the mat and simply jumps then the reading is taken. The Just Jump or Run is instantly ready for the next athlete! Suitable for group testing with automatic resetting between each jump

SPEED TESTING: Set the pad at the finish line. When the coach makes a starter noise the timer starts. When the athlete crosses the pad, the timer stops giving a readout in seconds to the nearest one tenth of a second. The Just Jump or Run is instantly ready for the next sprinter!

4-JUMP REACTION: Similar to the V.J. test in which the subject jumps maximally in a vertical motion. The athlete jumps 4 times - as fast and high as possible. The computer gives a complete readout of average airtime and time on the ground then calculates a value of total power.

The Just Jump & Run Computer facilitates quickness drills, measures Jumps, sprints, explosive Leg Power. The hand held computer displays height and hang time for one jump, ground contact time for one jump and average height and hang time for four jumps.
