Fitness Assist Sit and Reach Metal

From the age of eight, we are all experiencing a reduction of flexibility or range of joint movement. Perhaps this is the one area of fitness assessment we may put in place in order to maintain flexibility of movement while we age. The same great test as the Sit and Reach Standard Plus with a more robust construction that facilitates an internal storage department. A metal sit and reach box with storage compartment. Box is designed to set up a fixed baseline at either 15cm or 30cm. The equipment facilitates a fixed baseline protocol to measure forward flexion. Included within the package is a magnetised cursor to aid the accurate measurement of the forward flexion protocol.
