Fitness Assist Sit and Reach Standard Plus

From the age of eight, we are all experiencing a reduction of flexibility or range of joint movement. Perhaps this is the one area of fitness assessment we may put in place in order to maintain flexibility of movement while we age. The Sit and Reach Standard Plus is the universal test for leg, hip and trunk flexibility. Widely used by the majority of Emergency Services in entry protocols, as well as Schools and Health Clubs to decipher a healthy level of flexibility.The Standard Plus wooden box offers a fixed baseline protocol forward flexion assessment system. A cursor is included to aid accurate measurement. The baseline is set at the standard of 15cm.Each kit comes with a full user instructions pack and normative values, for age and gender.
