NCF Multi-Stage Shuttle Run Test (aka The Bleep Test) CD version

More commonly known as the Bleep Test, the multi-stage shuttle run test is one of the most popular field assessments of aerobic fitness. The bleep test is used in PE departments throughout the country and is the standard test used as the Police Force entry assessment of aerobic fitness. As a field-test of aerobic fitness its' accuracy is extremely high, with countless studies finding it has a high correlation with lab based tests of aerobic capacity. A great assessment for team sports as you test a large number of people at one time, and Personal trainers, as it is an inexpensive yet accurate way of assessing aerobic fitness.

All you need to complete the test is a 20-meter space, 2 markers and a music system to play the CD.

The Multi-Stage Shuttle Run Test is supplied on CD with tracks to complete the original Bleep Test, plus additional tracks for additional testing or training at different levels for a prolonged period of time.

This CD is designed for use with the traditional 20 metre shuttle run test, but it is also suitable for the Police Force's Shuttle Run Test when performed in a 15 metre format.
