The Omron M6 upper arm blood pressure monitor from Omron comes with Intellisense Technology, with a supplied cuff size of 22-32cm. There are optional cuffs available also, with a memory of x 90 and a 3 x line lcd. An advanced feature of Irregular Pulse Detection, which shows if irregular pulses are detected and only reliable results are displayed.
