To time how long it takes to run a leg of a marathon, swim a length of a pool, or bike to the next telephone pole, you just have to press the elegantly sculpted "lap" button on the top of your Timex Ironman Sleek and the lap time will be recorded; the chronograph will then continue to run, allowing you to take up to 100 lap times, you can then recall these lap times whenever you want, (providing you don't delete them).
